Recently our team of foundation repair specialist completed an old farmhouse foundation repair. This particular job consisted of pier and beam foundation repair requiring us to replace old wood shims with steel shims, adding blocks to a support beam and notifying the owner that we found white mold underneath their house.
After two days of intensive work on the house, the crew put this old country farm house in San Antonio on a reliable foundation and it is now ready for addition repairs.
